Lake Eyre and Outback Full Day Scenic Flight

Lake Eyre and Outback Overnight Scenic Safari
Depart Parafield Airport and fly to Port Augusta. After refueling fly non-stop over the entire length of the Northern Flinders Ranges including Wilpena Pound and Arkaroola. Land at Burke and Willis Dig Tree on the Coopers Creek. Continue to Innamincka and meet your hosts at Coopers Creek Homestay. Your overnight stay includes two hour tour to Burke's Grave, geothermal power plant, views of the biggest on shore drilling rig in Australia and three course meal. Relax and enjoy your hosts company around the camp fire.
On day two after a full breakfast, fly along Cooper Creek to the Coongie Lakes see hundreds of prime cattle grazing, wild horses and thousands of swans, pelicans and ducks in the numerous lakes. Arrive in Birdsville for lunch at the famous Birdsville Pub. Then follow the Diamantina River over Alton Downs Cattle Station to Goyders Lagoon, a delta stretching 120 kilometres to Warburton Creek, down through Lake Eyre via the Warburton Groove, into Belt Bay. Stopover at William Creek for fuel before continuing back to Adelaide via Olympic Dam, Woomera and Port Augusta.
