The Ceduna Masters Games will be held from 17 to 20 April 2009.

On Thursday evening 16 April, there will be a sportsman’s dinner, held at the Thevenard Sports Club from 6.30pm to welcome the competitors to the games. The games are programmed to commence on Friday 17 April highlighted with an open air celebration overlooking the Ceduna foreshore, followed by a spectacular aerial display by Chris Sperou to cut the ribbon and declare the games open. The official opening commences from 6.30pm, followed by VIP/Sponsors welcome being held in the council chambers which is the registration point for all competitors.

The following sports are included - Athletics, badminton, basketball, cricket, dragon boating, eight ball, football, golf, lawn bowls, netball, shotgun and pistol shooting, sailing, squash, tennis, table tennis, motor cycling and triathlon.
