| This cemetery contains the graves of Afghan Camel drivers brought to Australia by Zamen Shar. These drivers carried supplies all over the Kimberley region. They provided the first freight service in the Kimberley.
It is interesting to note that all of the gravestones have been placed so that they face towards Mecca. |

| Just 26 kilometres along the coast, north-east from Karratha, is Cleaverville Beach. The turnoff is 19 kilometres from the Karratha Road turnoff and access is via a gravel track.
Overnight camping fees are now applicable at this favourite camping spot, which is also an excellent destination for a day drive.

| This former outlet from the Wyndham Meatworks attracted many large crocodiles. It is located on the gulf side of the Old Meatworks complex.
The crocodiles are now fed daily for the benefit of tourists, mainly during the afternoon, evening and at night an hour before full tide at the Crocodile Lookout.

| The wreck of three Royal Dutch Air Force Flying Boats lay half buried in the mud at Roebuck Bay.
The boats were destroyed by a Japanese Air Raid in 1942 while moored near the jetty. Only seen at minus tides, these wrecks remain as evidence of the flying boat wrecks sunk by Japanese Aircraft in World War II.
