| Meet the baker, Stephen Arnott, and his wife Allison. This is the site where William Arnott, the biscuit baker and his brother David baked bread and ships biscuits in the 1860s. Stephen is following in his great great great grandfather's footsteps of producing sourdough bread for the township of Morpeth.

| Built in 1838, the Morpeth Trading Post is the oldest industrial building still in daily use in New South Wales. It houses one of Australia's deepest natural spring water wells, which was sunk in 1818 for Morpeth's water supply and was later used to run the old joinery's steam engine.
