Description

Narooma Cinemas is housed in the historic Soldiers Memorial School of Arts Hall. The Hall has been placed on the National Heritage Register because of its significance to the Narooma Community. It has been screening films since 1928 and Narooma Cinema is the fourth oldest cinema screening films in Australia.

The character of this Edwardian building has been maintained, enter the foyer and you can feel its charm. Walk into the main theatre, Cinema One and you are in yesteryear. Enter the boutique Cinema Two with a touch of gold.

Narooma Cinemas has been continually developed over the past five years by its current owners. And it also has "Cinema Live"- live shows direct via satellite beamed to the Cinema - the latest development in Cinema going.

Air-conditioned with comfortable seating - with choctops and quality coffee a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a movie.
