The Tokonoma Gallery and Green Tea House specialises in minimalist Japanese ink art and also holds regularly changing exhibitions of both Japanese and Australian artists working in various media. Visitors to the gallery can enjoy beautiful tranquil surroundings and refreshments from the Green Tea Cafe, which is Queensland’s first and serves unusual drinks and desserts, merging Japanese and Australian flavours. There is a lunch menu and High Tea is available by reservation. Functions can also be catered for.
