Set within a 40 acre property, The Silos Estate vineyard covers five hectares with seven grape varieties - Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.

Each vine is hand-pruned to ensure the best growing conditions in which to obtain quality fruit.

The cellar door is located in the restored cow bales building. This rustic building, with its flagstone floor, old, hessian-covered, timber walls and ceiling decorated with farm implements, creates a wonderful ambience.

Enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner at the charming Silos Restaurant. Relax in the winter months by a burning log fire, or enjoy a pleasant luncheon on the terrace, offering panoramic views of the vineyards. Silos is fully licensed and offers northern Italian and French cuisine.
