Description

Kangaroo Island is known for its amazing wildlife experiences and some of its best attractions are found in Flinders Chase National Park.

From wind-sculpted rock formations that sit atop a smooth granite dome known as Remarkable Rocks to Admirals Arch, a perfect sweep of rock under which the surf pounds and New Zealand Fur Seals play, the national park is a must see for any visit to the island.

Watch the abundant wildlife, or go bushwalking along trails that open up to stunning beaches - some of which you may just have all to yourself.

Live the life of a lighthouse keeper and stay in a cottage at the Cape du Couedic or Cape Borda lighthouses or sleep under the stars in one of many numerous campsites. Cosy self-contained accommodation is also available at Postman's Cottage at Rocky River and Woodward Hut at Cape Borda Lightstation.
